There are so many things that we do on a daily basis that can be taken for granted. The wish is to encourage others to bring joy into the everyday things in life.

Stop! And smell the flowers. Notice the whimsical clouds. Savor your food. Appreciate the complexity of your beverages. Love your experiences. Enjoy things that are happening right now, no matter how menial they may seem, so when you reminisce later you can appreciate it more.

If you are depressed you are living in the past. 
If you are anxious you are living in the future. 
If you are at peace you are living in the present.
